Babak Haji Agha Beigi, known artistically as Babak Beigi, is an Iranian animator and filmmaker. He earned a B.A. in Cinema from Soore Art University in Tehran.

Throughout his career, Babak has created six short films, including two animations. His works have been featured in the “Official Selection” sections of various national and international festivals, such as Animafest Zagreb, the San Diego Film Festival, the Marbella Film Festival, the Linea d’Ombra Festival, and the International Short Film Festival of Tehran, among others.

Babak draws inspiration from movies, literature, and paintings, incorporating these elements into his works. His films explore complex human relationships and present them in their simplest form to the audience.
